Do I need prior experience to get started?
No. My programs are designed for all levels , from beginners to experienced women. We adapt the pace and intensity to your starting point.
What equipment do I need for training?
Very little . Some resistance bands, a mat, and your own body weight are enough. If you have dumbbells, a Pilates ring, or mini bands, we can incorporate those too.
How does online tracking work?
Each week you will receive your routines and you can send me videos of your exercises for personalized technique correction.
I'll guide you step by step so you can train safely and effectively.
How long do the sessions last?
It depends on the plan, but most are between 30 and 60 minutes , so you can train even if you have little time.
Can I train if I have discomfort or an old injury?
Yes. We adapt the exercises to your needs , focusing on improving your posture, core, and body control.
If necessary, I'll adjust the intensity so you can train without pain.
When will I receive my plan?
After completing your free initial assessment, you will receive your first program within 24–48 hours , along with instructions on how to get started.
Is there a minimum contract period or can I cancel whenever I want?
The monthly plan has no minimum contract period. You can cancel whenever you need to. The quarterly plan offers a reduced price in exchange for a 3-month commitment.
What happens if I can't train for a week?
That's okay. Your plan is flexible. We can reorganize your routines and adapt them to your availability.
